Hide history noteIf a company or responsible entity had an obligation to lodge an annual return before the commencement of items 31 and 36 of Schedule 1 to the Corporations Legislation Amendment Act 2003 , sections 601AB and 601PB continue to apply to the annual return, as if the amendments made by those items had not been made.
