Hide history noteIf, immediately after the commencement of this section, there is no legislative instrument in force under subsection 1100K(2) , then an approved foreign market, within the meaning of the ASIC Corporations (Definition of Approved Foreign Market) Instrument 2017/669 , is taken to be a foreign market determined by ASIC for the purposes of that section.

This section ceases to apply when ASIC determines a foreign market under subsection 1100K(2) .
