The amendment of subparagraph 1101B(1)(a)(iii) made by Division 1 of Part 9 of the amending Schedule does not apply in relation to: (a) an application made by ASIC under subsection 1101B(1) before the commencement time; or (b) an order made by the Court before the commencement time.
