Note: This Part does not apply to a CCIV or its members. Instead, section 1228A applies a modified version of Part 2G.4 .
A resolution put to the vote at a meeting of members of a listed company must be decided on a poll (and not a show of hands) if: (a) the notice of the meeting set out an intention to propose the resolution and stated the resolution; or (b) the company has given notice of the resolution in accordance with section 249O (members ' resolutions); or (c) a poll is demanded.
