Hide history noteA person who is or has been the restructuring practitioner for a company under restructuring is not liable to an action or other proceeding for damages in respect of: (a) a decision to terminate, or not to terminate, the restructuring of a company under section 453J ; or (b) a decision to give, or refuse to give, an approval or consent under this Division.
