Hide history noteA person covered by subsection 848C(2) in relation to information referred to in subparagraph 848A(1)(a)(i) may disclose the information if the disclosure is made for the purposes of seeking review of: (a) the direction; or (b) a decision made in relation to the direction.

A person covered by subsection 848C(2) in relation to any information may disclose the information if: (a) the disclosure is to the person's lawyer; and (b) the purpose of the person making the disclosure is for the lawyer to provide legal advice, or another legal service, in relation to the direction.
