Hide history noteA person covered by subsection 848C(2) (the relevant person ) in relation to information may disclose the information if: (a) another person covered by subsection 848C(2) in relation to the information disclosed the information to the relevant person for a particular purpose in accordance with section 848E , 848F , 848G , 848H or 848J , or in accordance with a previous operation of this section; and (b) the disclosure by the relevant person is for the same purpose.
