Division 4 - Enforcement of literary proceeds orders  

SECTION 171   Literary proceeds amounts exceeding the court ' s jurisdiction  

171(1)    
If:


(a) a court makes a * literary proceeds order; and


(b) the court does not have jurisdiction with respect to the recovery of debts of an amount equal to the * literary proceeds amount under the order;

the registrar of the court must issue a certificate containing the particulars specified in the regulations.


171(2)    
The certificate may be registered, in accordance with the regulations, in a court having jurisdiction with respect to the recovery of debts of an amount equal to the * literary proceeds amount.

171(3)    
Upon registration in a court, the certificate is enforceable in all respects as a final judgment of the court in favour of the Commonwealth.
