Division 3 - Conducting examinations  

SECTION 188   Examination to take place in private  

188(1)    
The * examination is to take place in private.

188(2)    
The * approved examiner may give directions about who may be present during the * examination, or during a part of it.

188(3)    
These people are entitled to be present at the * examination:


(a) the * approved examiner;


(b) the person being examined, and the person's * lawyer;


(c) the *responsible authority;


(d) any person who is entitled to be present because of a direction under subsection (2).
