SECTION 226   Additional contents of the information  

226(1)    
If the person applying for a warrant to search * premises suspects that it will be necessary to use firearms in executing the warrant, the person must state that suspicion, and the grounds for that suspicion, in the information.

226(2)    
A person applying for a warrant to search * premises who has previously applied for a warrant relating to the same premises, must include particulars of the application and its outcome in the information.
