Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
If the occupier of the * premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at premises when a * search warrant is being executed, the * executing officer or a * person assisting must make available to the person:
(a) a copy of the warrant; and
(b) a document setting out the rights and obligations of the person.

If a person is searched under a * search warrant, the * executing officer or a * person assisting must show the person a copy of the warrant.

The copy of the warrant need not include the signature of the magistrate or the seal of the relevant court.
