SECTION 288   Official Trustee ' s costs etc.  

288(1)    
The regulations may make provision relating to:

(a)    

the costs, charges and expenses incurred in connection with the * Official Trustee ' s exercise of powers and performance of functions or duties under this Act, under Part VI of the * Mutual Assistance Act or under section 208DA or Division 3 of Part XIII of the Customs Act 1901 ; and

(b)    the Official Trustee ' s remuneration in respect of those activities.


288(2)    


An amount equal to each amount of remuneration that the * Official Trustee receives under the regulations is to be paid to the Commonwealth.
