Petroleum (Timor Sea Treaty) Act 2003
Note: This is the copy of the Treaty referred to in the definition of Treaty in subsection 5(1) of this Act.
ARTICLE 25 Entry into force(a) This Treaty shall enter into force upon the day on which Australia and East Timor have notified each other in writing that their respective requirements for entry into force of this Treaty have been complied with.
(b) Upon entry into force, the Treaty will be taken to have effect and all of its provisions will apply and be taken to have applied on and from the date of signature.
