76 After section 4
Insert:
4A Extension to Joint Petroleum Development Area
This Act:
(a) extends to the Joint Petroleum Development Area (within the meaning of the Petroleum (Timor Sea Treaty) Act 2003); and
(b) has effect as if that Area were part of Australia.
