Hide history noteA higher education provider must give to the Minister such statistical and other information that the Minister by notice in writing requires from the provider in respect of:
(a) the provision of higher education by the provider; and
(b) compliance by the provider with the requirements of this Act.
19-70(2)
The information must be provided:
(a) in a form (if any) approved by the Minister for the information; and
(b) in accordance with such other requirements as the Minister makes.
19-70(3)
A notice under this section must not require the giving of information that a higher education provider is required to give to the Minister under section 19-95 .
19-70(4)
A higher education provider contravenes this subsection if the provider:
(a) is subject to a requirement under this section; and
(b) does not comply with the requirement.
Civil penalty: 60 penalty units.
