Without limiting the matters that are disclosures that occur in the course of a *VET officer ' s *official employment for the purposes of paragraph 73(d) , the following disclosures are taken to be disclosures that occur in the course of a VET officer ' s official employment: (a) disclosure by a *Commonwealth officer of *VET personal information to another Commonwealth officer to assist that other officer in the other officer ' s official employment; (aa) disclosure by a Commonwealth officer of VET personal information in accordance with Division 180 ; (ab) disclosure by a Commonwealth officer of VET personal information relating to a *civil penalty provision for purposes relating to:
(i) monitoring or investigating compliance with the civil penalty provision; or
(ii) enforcing the civil penalty provision; or
(b) disclosure by a VET officer of VET personal information to the Administrative Review Tribunal in connection with a *reviewable VET decision; (c) disclosure by a Commonwealth officer of VET personal information to an *officer of a VET provider to assist the provider ' s officer in performing duties or functions, or in exercising powers, under, or for the purposes of, this Schedule; (ca) disclosure by a Commonwealth officer of VET personal information to an *officer of a Tertiary Admission Centre to assist the officer of the Tertiary Admission Centre to assist the officer of the Tertiary Admission Centre in performing duties or functions, or in exercising powers, under, or for the purposes of, this Schedule. (cb) disclosure by a Commonwealth officer of VET personal information to a person appointed to, or employed or engaged by, a *State or Territory VET regulator to assist the person in their service with that regulator; (d) disclosure by an officer of a VET provider of VET personal information to a Commonwealth officer to assist the Commonwealth officer in the Commonwealth officer ' s official employment; (e) disclosure by an officer of a VET provider of VET personal information to an officer of a Tertiary Admission Centre to assist the officer of the Tertiary Admission Centre in performing duties or functions, or in exercising powers, under, or for the purposes of, this Schedule; (f) disclosure by an officer of a Tertiary Admission Centre of VET personal information to a Commonwealth officer to assist the Commonwealth officer in the Commonwealth officer ' s official employment; (g) disclosure by an officer of a Tertiary Admission Centre of VET personal information to an officer of a VET provider to assist the provider ' s officer in performing duties or functions, or in exercising powers, under, or for the purposes of, this Schedule.
(iii) issuing an infringement notice in relation to the civil penalty provision;
