Income Tax Assessment Act 1936
1 At the end of subsection 16(4)
Add:
; or (m) the PDF Registration Board established under section 5 of the Pooled Development Funds Act 1992 for the purpose of the administration of a law of the Commonwealth relating to venture capital.
