2 Application of item 1
The amendments made by item 1 of this Schedule apply to a person in relation to whom the Director-General has sought the Minister's consent to request the issue of a warrant under section 34D of theAustralian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 on or after the commencement of that item.
