98   Section 131ACA

Repeal the section, substitute:

131ACA Datacasting transmitter licences

The ACMA must not transfer a datacasting transmitter licence to a person unless:

(a) the person is a qualified company; and

(b) the ACMA is satisfied that the transfer would not result in a breach of any of the BSA control rules.
