Part 2 Amendments commencing 28 days after Royal Assent
51 Paragraph 19-45(1)(c)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(c) a review procedure for dealing with review of decisions made by the provider:
(i) under section 36-22; or
(ii) relating to assistance under Chapter 3.
