Schedule 2 Consequential amendments
Crimes Act 1914
4 Paragraphs 5D(3A)(a) and (b)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(a) section 73.1, 73.2, 73.3, 73.8, 73.9, 73.10 or 73.11; or
(b) section 270.3, 270.6, 270.7 or 270.8; or
(c) section 271.2, 271.3, 271.4, 271.5, 271.6 or 271.7;
