Higher Education Support Act 2003
7 Subsection 16-55(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1) A notice of approval under paragraph 16-50(1)(b) is a legislative instrument.
Note: The heading to section 16-55 is replaced by the heading " Approvals are legislative instruments ".
