Trust Recoupment Tax Assessment Act 1985
1000 Subsection 4(1)
Omit "and regulations made under that Act", substitute "Part IIA of, and Part 4-15 in Schedule 1 to, the Taxation Administration Act 1953, and regulations made under those Acts".
