Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006
If a member of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation requests the corporation under subsections 342-5(3A) and (3B) to give the member a copy of a report in relation to a financial year, the corporation must give the member the copy of the report within 14 days after: (a) the lodgment of the report under section 348-1 if the request is made before the report is lodged; and (b) the request is made if the request is made on or after the lodgment of the report under section 348-1 .
