Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006
The Registrar may extend the period for which an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation is to be under special administration.
487-15(2)
An extension under subsection (1) must: (a) be made in writing; and (b) be made before the period to be extended ends.
