Criminal Code Act 1995

30   Paragraph 400.2(1)(b) of the Criminal Code

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(b) the money or other property is proceeds of crime, or could become an instrument of crime, in relation to an offence that is:

(i) a Commonwealth indictable offence; or

(ii) a foreign indictable offence; or

(iii) a State indictable offence; or

(iv) an Australian Capital Territory indictable offence; or

(v) a Northern Territory indictable offence.
