6 Subsection 2(1) (cell at table item 14, column 2)
Repeal the cell, substitute:

14 December 2006. However, if section 3 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 commences before 14 December 2006, the provision(s) do not commence at all. |
