SECTION 34-5   INCREASED PREMIUMS FOR PERSON WHO CEASES TO HAVE HOSPITAL COVER AFTER HIS OR HER LIFETIME HEALTH COVER BASE DAY  

34-5(1)    
A private health insurer must increase the amount of premiums payable for [*]
