46 Paragraph 13(1)(c)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(c) the National Gas (Commonwealth) Law; or
(ca) the National Gas (Commonwealth) Regulations; or
(cb) the Offshore Western Australian Pipelines (Commonwealth) Law; or
(cc) the Offshore Western Australian Pipelines (Commonwealth) Regulations; or
