131 After subsection 992A(3A)
Insert:
(3B) Neither subsection (1) nor (3) applies to an offer of financial products that is made under an eligible employee share scheme.
Note: A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matters in this subsection. See subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code.
