131   After subsection 549(2)

Insert:

(2A) In the case of a committee of inspection appointed as a result of a determination under subsection 548A(1), either:

(a) the liquidator or liquidators of the companies in the group concerned; or

(b) a member of the committee;

may convene a meeting of the committee.
