Insurance Act 1973
3 Subsection 3(1) (definition of authorised person )
Repeal the definition, substitute:
authorised person :
(a) except in Part VA, means a person authorised under subsection (1A); or
(b) in Part VA, means APRA, or a person authorised by APRA, in writing, for the purposes of that Part.
