Superannuation (Government Co-contribution for Low Income Earners) Act 2003
37 At the end of paragraph 7(1)(c)
Add:
; (v) a payment from an FHSA required under section 22 or 34 of the First Home Saver Accounts Act 2008;
(vi) a Government FHSA contribution (within the meaning of the First Home Saver Accounts Act 2008).
