24   At the end of section 343

Add:

(2) In subsection (1), the following terms have the same meaning as in Part 3C (schooling requirements) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 (see section 124A of that Act):

(a) attendance (at a school);

(b) enrolment (at a school).
