2 At the end of subsection 7(1)
Add:
; and (c) the grant is not covered by subsection 23(2) of the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985; and
(d) the grant is not covered by section 75 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006.
