Income Tax Assessment Act 1997
14 Paragraphs 25-7(b) and (c)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(b) you lodge the claim for family tax benefit with an officer of the Australian Taxation Office (within the meaning of that Act) for determination by such an officer.
