Commonwealth Volunteers Protection Act 2003
1 Subsection 4(1) (paragraph (b) of the definition of Commonwealth authority )
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(b) an organisation registered or an association recognised under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009; or
