Hide history noteThis section applies if ASIC is satisfied that a person has, without reasonable excuse, refused or failed to comply with a requirement made under this Chapter, other than Part 6-7 (which deals with ASIC ' s powers in relation to non-compliance with this Chapter).
297(2) [ Certification of refusal or failure]ASIC may by writing certify the refusal or failure to the court.
297(3) [ Court powers]If ASIC does so, the court may inquire into the case and may order the person to comply with the requirement as specified in the order.
