Hide history noteProceedings under this Division for a declaration of contravention and the imposition of a penalty for a contravention may not be brought after 6 years from the day the contravention happened.

Subsection (1) applies despite any Act relating to the limitation of time for commencing actions.

In this section:
contravention
means contravention of a key requirement.
