PART 4 - CHANGES TO OBLIGATIONS UNDER CREDIT CONTRACTS, MORTGAGES AND GUARANTEES Division 3 - Changes on grounds of hardship and unjust transactions 80 Time limit 80(1)An application (other than an application under section 78) may not be brought under this Division more than 2 years after the relevant credit contract is rescinded or discharged or otherwise comes to an end.

An application under section 78 may not be brought more than 2 years after the relevant change takes effect or fee or charge is charged under the credit contract or the credit contract is rescinded or discharged or otherwise comes to an end.
