Schedule 11 References to repealed provisions of the Crimes Act 1914

12 Subsection 23DA(1) (subparagraphs (c)(i) and (ii) of the definition of relevant offence )
Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:
(i) section 6 of the Crimes Act 1914; or
(ii) section 11.1, 11.4 or 11.5 of the Criminal Code;
