23 After paragraph 15(2)(a)
Insert:
(aa) state that the request is an application for the purposes of this Act; and
Note 1: The following heading to subsection 15(1) is inserted "Persons may request access".
Note 2: The following heading to subsection 15(2) is inserted "Requirements for request".
