13   Subsection 109F(3)

Omit "(except subsection 245-35(4)) of Schedule 2C, assuming the amount were a commercial debt for the purposes of Division 245 of that Schedule", substitute "or 245-37 of theIncome Tax Assessment Act 1997, assuming the amount were a debt to which Subdivisions 245-C to 245-G of that Act apply".
