A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999
29 Paragraph 47B(1)(c)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(c) as a result of that change in care:
(i) the child ceases to be an FTB child of the individual; or
(ii) neither the individual nor the individual's partner is the primary carer of the child; and
