56 Subsection 132C(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1) The CEO may, by writing under his or her hand, revoke or vary a quota order at any time before the expiration of the declared period to which the quota order relates.
Note: This item substitutes a subsection to remove a redundant paragraph.
