Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975
59 Subparagraphs 48(2)(i) and (ii)
Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:
(a) is an SES employee or an acting SES employee; or
(b) holds, or is acting in, an Executive Level 1 or 2, or equivalent, position.
Note: This item converts 2 subparagraphs into paragraphs and omits redundant text.
