Health Insurance Act 1973
274 Subsection 131(4) (paragraphs (b) and (c) of the definition of officer )
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(b) the Chief Executive Medicare; or
(c) a Departmental employee (within the meaning of the Human Services (Medicare) Act 1973).
