SECTION 63   ASIC ' S FUNCTIONS AND POWERS  

63(1)    
ASIC has the functions and powers conferred on it by or under this Act and the Transitional Act.

63(2)    
ASIC has power to do whatever is necessary for or in connection with, or reasonably incidental to, the performance of its functions under this Act and the Transitional Act.

63(3)    
Subject to the ASIC Act, ASIC has the general administration of this Act and the Transitional Act.
