455 Transitional - continuation of Register
The National Greenhouse and Energy Register maintained under section 16 of theNational Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 after the commencement of this item is, for all purposes, a continuation of the Register kept under section 16 of that Act immediately before the commencement of this item.
