457 Application - civil penalty orders under the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989
The amendments of section 65AC of theOzone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989made by this Part apply to contraventions of civil penalty provisions that occur after the commencement of this item.
